Returns and Exchanges
Wondering how to return or exchange your Salt-Water Sandals?
Sandals purchased from our website (not applicable to sales/promotions) can be returned within 28 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund.
Please note that we strictly do not offer exchanges or refunds on discounted/sale sandals. These are final sale only. Should you need an (non-sale sandals) exchange/refund, please get in touch with us.
Please ensure that your sandals and shoebox are unused and in original condition before mailing it back. Damaged/dirty/worn sandals that is being returned to our warehouse will be asked to be collected back.
Salt-Water Sandals will not be responsible or reimbursing for any lost or damaged sandals during return shipping so please do use a trackable service.
Upon receiving your returned Sandals at our warehouse, our team will send you a receipt confirmation email before putting up a new exchange order (subjected to availability) or to confirm your refund.
For refunds, the refunded amount will be issued to you within 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund to different accounts or credit cards.
If the return is received with a damaged shoebox, there will be a $5 deduction on your refund to cover the costs of repackaging. It is best that you pack it in the original mailing box to protect the shoebox in.
